The Private Dining Room

The private dining room at The Olive Grove is perched right on the waters edge with fabulous views of Athlone castle & the town bridge & down river towards Clonmacnoise.

This room is ideal for family occasions, be it  Funeral lunches or Christenings & also the livelier Hen or Birthday parties.
Hens ( & of course any group )can avail of the €25 menu on Friday nights & also Early Bird ( 5 -7 pm )on Saturdays. We will personalise the menu for you & provide a complimentary round of woo woos for the party.

This cool contemporary area has the benefit of privacy without losing the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Up to 42 people can be accomadated at the 2 large family style oval tables.
2 - 45 people can be seated if the tables are arranged in smaller groups. The seating in this room is flexible and can be arranged to your specification.

For larger groups or funerals, the entire restaurant can be reserved.
(set menus can be designed to suit your requirements)

The Olive Grove Restaurant can cater for seated wedding parties of up to 110 guests (with room for more evening guests as required), making it the ideal choice for your small wedding. To us, yours is not a "small wedding" and seeing as we only host weddings on occasion we are just are excited as you are for your big day. To this end we will endeavor to ensure your dream wedding becomes a reality.
